The person who has the building that belongs to a detached house under the Annexed Table 1 of Article 3-4 of Construction Act in terms of the use in the building ledger or building book and intends to install new or renewable energy equipment |
Apartment houses |
1. Existing apartment houses
① The apartment houses shall belong to the project for support with submission of an installation plan (including installation cost financing plan) and shall obtain the written consent by the dwelling residents.
② The subject of the agreement shall be representative of the dwelling residents.
2. Apartment houses under construction
① The apartment houses shall belong to the project for support with submission of an installation plan (including installation cost financing plan) and shall be constructed within the year.
② The subject of the agreement shall be the construction company, the representative of the managing company, or the representative of the dwelling residents, of the apartment houses under construction.

Note) 1. If the building ledger or building book of a detached house is co-owned, the application shall be made by the person
